摘　　要：为了初步检测各种试样的摩擦磨损特性,研制了一台销盘式摩擦磨损试验机。该试验机结构简单,采用LabVIEW软件开发测试系统程序,建立可视化多参数测试主界面,对试验数据进行实时采集、处理、显示及存储。通过摩擦磨损试验证明了该试验机可满足试样摩擦磨损研究需要。To initially test friction and wear property of samples,a pin-on-disc friction and wear tester was developed.The structure of the tester is simple and the testing system program is developped by LabVIEW software,establishing visible multiparameter test interface,actualizing the real time data collection,processing,display and store.Tests show that the tester can meet research needs of friction and wear test of samples.
