摘　　要：针对铝箔轧制生产过程对铝箔毛料质量的要求,从冶金质量要求、指标要求、材料质量要求三个层面进行了探讨;针对毛料质量欠佳造成的铝箔轧制生产缺陷,从铝箔针孔、铝箱断带、铝线轧制效果差、铝箔表面质量不足四个层面进行分析,得出缺陷产生的原因,据此给出减少缺陷、降低由于毛料质量带来的产品缺陷的方法,以保证铝箔生产质量。According to the requirements of aluminum foil rolling production process on the quality of aluminum foil stock,the paper discusses three aspects:metallurgical quality requirements,index requirements and material quality requirements.In view of the production defects of aluminum foil rolling caused by poor quality of stock,the causes of defects were analyzed from four aspects:aluminum foil pinhole,aluminum box break,poor rolling effect of aluminum wire and insufficient surface quality of aluminum foil,and the methods to reduce defects and reduce the production impact caused by stock quality were given to ensure the production quality of aluminum foil.
