摘  要:地铁隧道噪声强度是反映地铁设施故障的重要指标,为了提高地铁隧道噪声强度的监测效率与精度,研制了地铁隧道噪声强度监测装置。该装置由塑料外壳、集成电路主板、集成电路从板和噪声变送器等器件组成。集成电路主板自动检测噪声变送器输出信号,计算隧道内噪声强度,并通过USART接口将其发送到集成电路从板。集成电路从板将噪声强度数据记录在SD卡TXT文件中,并在液晶模块上显示噪声强度。该设计方案采用模块化设计,具有架构简单、自动检测和精度高等诸多优点,能够为工程师提供准确的噪声强度数据用于分析。The noise intensity of subway tunnel is an important index to reflect the failure of subway facilities.In order to improve the monitoring efficiency and accuracy of subway tunnel noise intensity,a subway tunnel noise intensity monitoring device is developed.The device consists of a plastic shell,an integrated circuit motherboard,an integrated circuit slave board and a noise transmitter.The integrated circuit motherboard automatically detects the output signal of the noise transmitter,calculates the noise intensity in the tunnel,and sends it to the integrated circuit slave board through the USART interface.The integrated circuit slave board records the noise intensity data in the SD card TXT file,and displays the noise intensity on the liquid crystal module.The design scheme adopts modular design,which has many advantages,such as simple structure,automatic detection and high precision,and can provide engineers with accurate noise intensity data for analysis.
