摘 要:为解决原通风系统风机恒定供风、风量损耗、通风效率低等问题,以时间轮算法结合变频器变频控制风机速率为研究对象对其进行仿真研究。根据井下作业各时段所需风量的不同合理调控通风机速率,使得风量与实际生产相匹配。以禾一矿为例,根据实际所需风量,计算得出通风机对应的速率,进行分时段供风,达到了预期的效果,保证了通风质量,并且达到了节能的目的。In order to solve the problems of constant air supply,loss of air volume and low ventilation efficiency of the original ventilation system,this paper takes the time wheel algorithm combined with frequency converter to control the fan rate as the research object.According to the different air volume required in different periods of underground operation,the fan rate is rationally regulated to make the air volume match the actual production.This paper takes Heyi Mine as an example,according to the actual required air volume,the corresponding speed of the fan is calculated,and the air supply is carried out in different periods.The system has achieved the expected effect,ensured the ventilation quality,and achieved the purpose of energy saving.
