摘 要:针对东曲煤矿副斜井提升机调速系统存在的速度跟踪效果差、系统运行可靠性不高的问题,设计了大功率同步电动机三电平交直交变频调速系统。重点分析了以变流柜、调节柜、控制柜、励磁整流柜为核心的副斜井提升机系统硬件、软件设计方案,并进行了系统仿真与现场试验。仿真与试验结果表明:优化后的副斜井提升机调速系统满足设计要求,提高了提升机速度跟踪效果及运行可靠性,可保障矿井安全、高效生产。In the view of the problems of poor speed tracking effect and low operation reliability of the speed control system of auxiliary inclined shaft hoist in Dongqu Mine,a three-level AC-DC AC frequency conversion speed control system scheme of high power synchronous motor is designed.The hardware and software design scheme of auxiliary inclined-shaft hoist system with converter cabinet,regulating cabinet,control cabinet and excitation rectifier cabinet as the core is analyzed,and the system simulation and field test are completed.The simulation and test results show that the optimized auxiliary inclined shaft hoist system can meet the design requirements,improve the speed tracking effect and operation reliability of the hoist,and ensure the safety and efficient production of the mine.
