摘  要:近年来我国宇航领域发射次数逐年增多,运载火箭总装单位任务逐年增长、生产周期不断压缩,传统的固定站位式总装模式已很难满足需求。目前脉动式总装生产线在国内外飞机总装中得到广泛应用,利用其可大幅缩短总装周期,提高总装质量。为提高生产效率,在运载火箭总装中引入脉动式总装生产线是可行的途径。针对某型液体火箭助推器建立脉动式总装生产线的关键技术进行了探讨,并给出了可行的解决方案。In recent years,the number of launches in China′s aerospace field increases year by year.The final assembly unit of launch vehicle is facing the challenge of continuously increasing the total number of tasks and compressing the production cycle.The traditional fixed station final assembly mode can hardly adapt to the new requirements.The pulsating assembly line can shorten assembly cycle and improve assembly quality.It is widely used in aircraft final assembly at home and abroad.In order to improve production efficiency,it is a feasible solution to introduce pulsating production line in launch vehicle final assembly.This paper analyzes the key technologies of pulsating assembly line for a liquid rocket booster,andproviding feasible solutions.
