摘  要:机械集中润滑系统可起到润滑、冷却、清洁和密封等作用,关乎设备能否正常运行。然而国内一些设备维修中心的整备车间集中润滑室存在原加注系统无流量统计功能、油罐检修不便、配套干燥机老化腐蚀和压缩空气含水量大等问题,故而对机械集中润滑室原有加注系统和废油工位进行改造,使其拥有信息统计功能,油罐检修更加方便。新增先进的微热吸附式干燥机进行冷却和分离,从而得到干燥、干净的压缩空气;新增上位机系统,用于控制整个润滑系统,最终降低了摩擦磨损,节约了维护费用,提高了企业生产效率。The mechanical centralized lubrication system can play the role of lubrication,cooling,cleaning,sealing,etc.,which is related to the normal operation of the equipment.However,in the centralized lubrication room of some domestic equipment maintenance centers,the original filling system has no flow statistics function,the oil tank maintenance is inconvenient,and the supporting dryer has aging corrosion,the compressed air has large water content and other problems.Therefore,the original filling system and the original waste oil station of the mechanical centralized lubrication room are reformed to make the information statistics function and the oil tank maintenance more convenient.An advanced micro-thermal adsorption dryer is added for cooling and separation to obtain dry and clean compressed air;the new upper computer system is reformed to control the entire lubrication system,ultimately reduce friction and wear,save maintenance costs,and improve enterprise production efficiency.
