摘  要:由于移动模架成本较高,不便于多点同步施工,采用单点前进的施工方法又会导致施工周期较长.结合G15沈海高速公路海口段TJ4标段长韵路跨线桥的工程实例,采用双跨移动模架施工的方法加快了施工进度,总体上节省了工程造价.由于双跨同步现浇混凝土用量大,移动模架承受的荷载较大,结构的安全性能至关重要.本项目通过采用砂带和水袋组合预压的试验方式,测量预压过程中结构的应力和变形,检验了模架结构的强度、刚度和稳定性,确保了施工期间结构的安全,通过预压变形数值修正施工预拱度设计及组合预压方式,既节省了费用又达到了预期效果.实验研究对同类移动模架的使用具有参考意义.The form traveler is not convenient for the multi-point synchronous construction because of its high cost.And the use of single-point forward construction method will lead to a longer construction period.Combined with the engineering example of the overpass bridge on Changyun Road in Haikou TJ4 Bid section in G15 Shenyang-Haikou Expressway,the use of double-span form traveler construction method speeds up the construction progress,and the engineering cost is finally saved.Due to the large amount of double-span synchronous cast-in-place concrete,the load on the form traveler is large.So it is very important of the structure safety.Though the sanding belt and water bag combined prepressing test method,the stress and deformation of the structure in the prepressing process are measured to examine the strength,stiffness and stability of the structure and ensure the structure safety during the construction.The construction precamber design and the combined prepressing method are modified by the prepressing deformation,which not only saves the cost,but also reaches the expected effect.
