摘  要:超高性能混凝土(UHPC)水胶比低,胶凝材料用量大,水化热高,大体积UHPC易形成较大的温度应力,导致结构开裂.基于ANSYS的仿真分析技术,采用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)开发了一套大体积UHPC温度场及温度应力的计算程序,将其应用于沱江大桥塔梁固结段施工期温控分析.分析结果表明,采用分块分层浇筑方式并采取聚氨酯保温和通水措施后,浇筑块开裂风险较低,宜加强底板保温养护和优化实心区水管排布保证温控质量.Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)has the low water-binder ratio,large amount of cementing material and high hydration heat.Mass UHPC is easy to form the larger temperature stress,resulting in structural cracking.Based on the simulation analysis technology of ANSYS,a set of mass UHPC temperature field and temperature stress calculation program is developed by using ANSYS parametric design language(APDL),which is applied to the temperature control analysis in the construction period of pylon and girder consolidation section of Tuojiang Bridge.The analysis results show that the cracking risk of the poured block is low after adopting the method of separate layer pouring and adopting the measures of polyurethane insulation and water drainage.It is recommended to strengthen the thermal insulation maintenance of the bottom plate and optimize the water pipe layout in the solid area to ensure the temperature control quality.
