酒精含量检测仪检定装置的长期稳定性研究

摘　　要：呼出气体酒精含量检测仪检定装置主要应用于酒检仪的量值溯源。发生源作为标准气体直接量传至下一级计量器具,稳定性至关重要,JJG 657-2019检定规程规定了8h短期稳定性。由于无法通过整机溯源,得到稳定性数据,因此,本文通过对年工作量约5000台次的发生源进行3年的使用观测,并对溯源数据进行分析。实验证明:各参数稳定性满足使用要求,稳定性数据均未超过规定的限值,可为计量标准的长期稳定性考核及日常使用提供参考。The verification device of exhaled gas alcohol content detector is mainly used in the measurement source of alcohol detector.As a standard gas, the source is directly transferred to the next level of measuring instruments, and stability is very important, and the JJG 657-2019 verification regulation stipulates the short-term stability of 8h.Since it is impossible to obtain stability data through the whole machine traceability, this paper conducts 3 years of use observation on the occurrence source of about 5000 units per year, and analyzes the traceability data.The experimental results show that the stability of each parameter meets the requirements of use, and the stability data does not exceed the prescribed limit value, which can provide a reference for the long-term stability assessment and daily use of the measurement standard.
