微信订阅护理对回肠代膀胱腹部造口患者自我效能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究微信订阅护理对回肠代膀胱腹部造口患者自我效能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年3月-2022年3月我院行膀胱切除回肠代膀胱腹部造口术的60例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组应用微信订阅护理干预,比较两组自我效能、生活质量、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果两组干预后自我效能评分、生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论微信订阅护理可促进回肠代膀胱腹部造口患者自我效能和生活质量的提高,预防并发症,提升护理满意度,是一种有效、可行的护理模式。Objective To study the effect of WeChat subscription nursing on self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with bladder cancer receiving bricker ileal conduit.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent cystectomy and bricker ileal conduit in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with WeChat subscription nursing intervention.The self-efficacy,quality of life,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-efficacy and quality of life in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat subscription nursing can promote the improvement of self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with bricker ileal conduit,prevent complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which is an effective and feasible nursing mode.
