摘 要:随着近年来电子产品的普及以及人们生活水平的提高,年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)已成为中国三大致盲性眼病之一,其发病率逐年升高,严重影响了人们的视觉和生活质量。虽然已有研究表明其发生可能与遗传、氧化应激、脉络膜血管功能障碍、炎症反应等因素有关,但具体发病机制尚不明确。铁死亡是一种近年来新发现的细胞死亡方式,国内外已有研究报道了其可能与AMD发生发展的相关性,干预铁死亡通路已成为一种治疗AMD的潜在策略。现将近年有关视网膜铁代谢、铁死亡在AMD发病过程中的作用以及目前已知的治疗手段进行综述,以期为AMD的治疗提供新的着眼点。With the popularity of electronic products and the improvement of people's living standards in recent years,age-related macular degeneration(AMD)has become one of the three major blinding eye diseases in China.The incidence of AMD is increasing year by year,which seriously affects people's vision and quality of life.Although studies have shown that its occurrence may be related to factors such as genetics,oxidative stress,choroidal vascular dysfunction,and inflammatory response,the specific pathogenesis is still unclear.Ferroptosis is a newly discovered way of cell death in recent years.Studies at home and abroad have reported its possible correlation with the occurrence and development of AMD.Intervention of ferroptosis pathway has become a potential strategy for the treatment of AMD.This article reviews the role of retinal iron metabolism and ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of AMD in recent years,as well as the currently known treatment methods,in order to provide a new focus for the treatment of AMD.
