超声龈下刮治和手工龈下刮治应用于轻中度慢性牙周炎治疗中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的分析超声龈下刮治和手工龈下刮治治疗轻中度慢性牙周炎的效果。方法回顾性选取2022年6月-2023年6月厦门医学院附属口腔医院80例慢性牙周炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为超声组和手工组,各40例。超声组采用超声龈下刮治,手工组采用手工龈下刮治。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,超声组菌斑指数、简化软垢指数、简化牙石指数、龈沟出血指数、牙龈指数和疼痛评分均低于手工组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。超声组不良反应发生率为10.00%,与手工组的15.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.457,P>0.05)。结论超声龈下刮治治疗轻中度慢性牙周炎的效果确切,可有效改善患者牙面清洁情况和牙龈情况,缓解疼痛。Objective To analyze the effects of ultrasonic subgingival scaling and manual subgingival scaling in the treatment of mild to moderate chronic periodontitis.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with chronic periodonti⁃tis in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospec⁃tively selected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into ultrasonic group and manual group,40 cases in each group.The ultrasonic group was treated with ultrasonic subgingival scaling,and the manual group was treated with manual subgingival scaling.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Af⁃ter treatment,the plaque index,simplified soft scale index,simplified calculus index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,gingival index and pain scores in ultrasound group were lower than those in manual group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the ultrasound group was 10.00%,com⁃pared with 15.00%in the manual group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.457,P>0.05).Con⁃clusion Ultrasonic subgingival scaling is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate chronic periodontitis,which can effectively improve the cleaning of the tooth surface and the condition of the gum,and relieve the pain.
