应用微创旋切手术与常规手术治疗良性乳腺肿物的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微创旋切手术、常规手术方案对于良性乳腺肿物患者治疗的不同效果。方法便利选取2022年1-12月山东省济宁市第三人民医院收治的150例良性乳腺肿物患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为参照组和研究组,各75例。参照组采用常规手术治疗,研究组采用微创旋切手术方案。比较两组患者的乳房外观美容评分、血清疼痛因子水平、手术操作结果。结果研究组术后1、3个月的切口瘢痕形成评分、术后3个月的色素沉着、乳头乳晕感觉指标均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组术后3 d的血清疼痛因子水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的手术操作结果优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论良性乳腺肿物手术治疗中,选择微创旋切手术的优势比常规手术高,如减轻切口瘢痕程度,缓解患者术后疼痛感,缩短其切口愈合时间。Objective To explore the different effects of minimally invasive rotatory surgery and conventional surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 150 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City,Shandong Province from January to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group according to random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive rotary surgery.The cosmetic score of breast appearance,the level of serum pain factor and the results of operation were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The score of incision scar formation,pigmentation and nipple areolar sensation at 1 and 3 months after surgery in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The serum pain factor level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group 3 d after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The results of operation in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the surgical treatment of benign breast masses,the advantages of minimally invasive rotatory surgery are higher than those of conventional surgery,such as reducing the degree of scar,relieving postoperative pain,and shortening incision healing time.
