沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对心力衰竭伴低钠血症患者心功能及血钠水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗心力衰竭伴低钠血症患者的意义以及对患者心功能和血钠水平的效果。方法方便选取2020年6月-2022年12月东台市中医院收治的112例心力衰竭伴低钠血症患者作为研究对象,根据摸球法分为两组,每组56例。对照组用依那普利进行治疗;观察组用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、心功能改善情况及相关血钠指标变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率(98.21%)高于对照组(87.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.846,P<0.05)。观察组的心功能指标、6 min步行距离均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生化指标均优于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠在心力衰竭伴低钠血症患者中疗效更为确切,在改善患者心功能和血钠中均有突出作用。Objective To investigate the significance of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of patients with heart failure and hyponatremia and the effect on cardiac function and blood sodium level.Methods A total of 112 pa-tients with heart failure and hyponatremia admitted to Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups ac-cording to ball-touch method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril,and the ob-servation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium.The therapeutic effect,the improvement of cardiac func-tion and the changes of blood sodium index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(98.21%)was higher than that of control group(87.50%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ^(2)=4.846,P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes and 6 min walking distance of the observation group were bet-ter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The biochemical in-dexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubatrol valsartan sodium is more effective in patients with heart failure and hyponatre-mia,and has a prominent role in improving heart function and blood sodium.
