酶联免疫吸附试验与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验在梅毒螺旋体感染诊断中的效能比较

摘　　要：目的:比较酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)与甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)检测在梅毒螺旋体感染诊断中的效能。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年6月于该中心进行传染病检测的100例疑似梅毒螺旋体感染患者为研究对象,采集患者血液标本,均进行ELISA、TRUST和梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验检测,以梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验检测结果为金标准,比较ELISA与TRUST检测在梅毒螺旋体感染诊断中的效能。结果:100例疑似梅毒螺旋体感染患者梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验检测阳性63例,阴性37例;ELISA检测阳性62例,阴性38例;TRUST检测阳性56例,阴性44例;ELISA检测诊断梅毒螺旋体感染的灵敏度、准确度、阴性预测值均高于TRUST检测,漏诊率低于TRUST检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ELISA检测在梅毒螺旋体感染诊断中的效能高于TRUST检测。Objective:To compare efficiencies of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and Toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST)in diagnosis of Treponema pallidum infection.Methods:100 patients with suspected Treponema pallidum infection who were tested for infectious diseases in the center from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Blood samples were collected from these patients.ELISA,TRUST and Treponema pallidum gelatin agglutination test were performed.Using the results of Treponema pallidum gelatin agglutination test as the gold standard,the efficiencies of ELISA and TRUST in the diagnosis of Treponema pallidum infection were compared.Results:Among the 100 cases of suspected Treponema pallidum infection,Treponema pallidum gelatin agglutination test showed positive in 63 cases and negative in 37 cases;ELISA test showed positive in 62 cases and negative in 38 cases;and TRUST test showed positive in 56 cases and negative in 44 cases.The sensitivity,the accuracy and the negative predictive value of ELISA in the diagnosis of Treponema pallidum infection were higher than those of TRUST,the missed diagnosis rate was lower than that of TRUST,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The efficiency of ELISA in the diagnosis of Treponema pallidum infection is higher than that of TRUST.
