摘 要:目的:探讨血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、尿微量蛋白与肌酐比值(UACR)、尿素氮水平联合检测在代谢综合征早期肾功能损伤中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2022年10月至2023年4月该院收治的200例代谢综合征患者的临床资料,按肾功能是否损伤将其分为正常组和损伤组各100例,比较两组血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、UACR、尿素氮水平,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析胱抑素C、血肌酐、UACR、尿素氮水平单项及联合检测诊断代谢综合征早期肾功能损伤的价值。结果:损伤组血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、UACR、尿素氮水平均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、UACR、尿素氮水平联合检测诊断代谢综合征早期肾功能损伤的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.965,高于各指标单项检测(AUC=0.637、0.683、0.752、0.623,P<0.05)。结论:血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、UACR、尿素氮水平联合检测诊断代谢综合征早期肾功能损伤的价值高于各指标单项检测。Objective:To explore value of combined detection of serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,urinary albumin to creatinine ratio(UACR)and urea nitrogen in diagnosis of renal function injury in patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of 200 patients with metabolic syndrome admitted to this hospital from October 2022 to April 2023 were analyzed.According to whether the renal function was damaged,they were divided into normal group and injury group,100 cases in each group.The levels of serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,urinary creatinine and UACR were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of single and combined detection of cystatin C,serum creatinine,UACR and urea nitrogen levels in the diagnosis of renal function injury in the patients with metabolic syndrome.Results:The levels of serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,UACR and urea nitrogen in the injury group were higher than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of combined detection of serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,UACR and urea nitrogen levels in the diagnosis of renal function injury in the patients with metabolic syndrome was 0.965,which was higher than that of each single detection(AUC=0.637,0.683,0.752,0.623,P<0.05).Conclusions:The value of combined detection of serum cystatin C,serum creatinine,UACR and urea nitrogen levels in the diagnosis of renal function injury in the patients with metabolic syndrome is higher than that of each single detection.
