低温等离子射频消融术联合中医特色疗法在交感型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术联合中医特色疗法在交感型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月上海市嘉定区中医医院治疗的90例交感型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予低温等离子射频消融术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医特色疗法(推拿配合揿针疗法)治疗。比较两组临床疗效、主要症状积分、超声检查指标、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、颈交感神经症状评分和不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组主要症状积分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组椎动脉收缩期峰值流速(VS)、舒张期末流速(VD)较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NDI评分、颈交感神经症状评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:低温等离子射频消融术联合中医特色疗法治疗交感型颈椎病可明显缓解症状,调节椎动脉血流,提高临床疗效,且具备安全性。Objective:To investigate the application effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Method:Ninety patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis who treated in Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy(massage with snap-needle therapy)on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,main symptom scores,ultrasonographic indexes,neck disability index(NDI),cervical sympathetic nerve symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity(VS)and end diastolic velocity(VD)of vertebral artery in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDI and cervical sympathetic symptoms scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combine
