基于心脏康复评估的康复训练对冠脉搭桥手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究基于心脏康复评估的康复训练对冠脉搭桥手术患者的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的冠脉搭桥手术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行基于心脏康复评估的康复训练。比较两组护理前后心理状况、运动能力、生活质量。结果:护理后,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均降低,观察组比对照组低,两组6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分均升高,观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠脉搭桥手术患者行基于心脏康复评估的康复训练后可改善其活动状况及心理状况,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the impact of rehabilitation training based on cardiac rehabilitation assessment on patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery admitted to Fujian Medical University Affiliated Union Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received rehabilitation training based on cardiac rehabilitation assessment on this basis.The psychological status,exercise ability,and quality of life between two groups before and after nursing were compared.Result:After nursing,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)distance and Seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training based on cardiac rehabilitation assessment can improve the activity and psychological status of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery,and enhance their quality of life.
