健脾温肾调周法结合松烟墨宝贴敷疗法治疗脾肾阳虚证型PCOS的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:评价健脾温肾调周法结合松烟墨宝贴敷疗法治疗脾肾阳虚证型多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)的临床价值。方法:选择2021年10月—2022年9月百色市人民医院诊治的60例脾肾阳虚证型PCOS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,治疗组给予健脾温肾调周法结合松烟墨宝贴敷疗法治疗。比较两组性激素、治疗效果、不良反应及中医症状积分。结果:对照组治疗前后促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而对照组治疗前后黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、睾酮(testosterone,T)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后性激素水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FSH、LH、E_(2)、T水平改善较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为90.00%,与对照组的66.67%相比偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后腰部酸软、畏寒、性欲低、体重增长、小便清长、大便稀软症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而月经紊乱、汗毛重症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后中医症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症状积分降低较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脾肾阳虚证型PCOS患者采用健脾温肾调周法结合松烟墨宝贴敷疗法治疗,能改善性激素水平,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,降低中医症候积分。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of spleen strengthening,kidney warming and cycle regulating method combined with Songyan Mobao application therapy in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Method:From October 2021 to September 2022,60 PCOS patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome who diagnosed and treated in Baise People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Ethinestradiol Cyproterone treatment,while the treatment group was given spleen strengthening,kidney warming and cycle regulating method combined with Songyan Mobao application therapy.The sex hormones,therapeutic effects,adverse reactions and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)level in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E_(2))levels in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the sex hormone level in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The FSH,LH,E_(2)and T levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of lumbar soreness,chills,low libido,weight gain,clear and long urine,and soft stool in the control group before and a
