补阳还五汤加减治疗脑血栓的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究补阳还五汤加减治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法:选择2017年7月—2022年7月长春中医药大学附属白山医院收治的210例脑血栓患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,各105例。对照组进行常规脑血栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补阳还五汤加减方治疗。观察并比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后肝肾功能指标、神经损伤程度及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组肝肾功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组神经损伤程度及ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d及30 d后,观察组神经损伤程度及ADL评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加减治疗脑血栓的临床效果较好,安全性较高,且可显著改善患者的神经损伤及生活能力。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified on cerebral thrombosis.Method:A total of 210 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to Baishan Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 105 patients in each group.The control group received conventional cerebral thrombosis treatment,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,liver and kidney function indexes,degrees of nerve injury and activity of daily living scale(ADL)score before and after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of cerebral thrombus treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences in liver and kidney function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in degrees of nerve injury and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 15 d and 30 d of treatment,degrees of nerve injury and ADL score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified has good clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis,and can significantly improve the nerve injury and life ability of patients.
