摘　　要：目的:探讨LED蓝光照射仪配合音乐抚触在新生儿黄疸患儿中的护理效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月江南大学附属儿童医院接收的88例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组给予LED蓝光照射仪治疗,观察组给予LED蓝光照射仪联合音乐抚触治疗。比较两组治疗前后的胆红素含量、依从性、康复时间及临床疗效。结果:观察组总依从性为97.73%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组总胆红素含量、经皮胆红素含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组总胆红素含量、经皮胆红素含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组每日哭闹时间、黄疸消失时间短于对照组,每日睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.73%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LED蓝光照射仪配合音乐抚触治疗可降低新生儿黄疸患儿体内胆红素含量,缩短每日哭闹时间,延长每日睡眠时间,加快黄疸消失速度,从而提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of LED blue light irradiation instrument combined with music touch in neonatal jaundice children.Method:A total of 88 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with LED blue light irradiation instrument,and the observation group was treated with LED blue light irradiation instrument combined with music touch therapy.The bilirubin content,compliance,recovery time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:The total compliance of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in total bilirubin content and transcutaneous bilirubin content between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,total bilirubin content and transcutaneous bilirubin content in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily crying time and jaundice disappeared in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the daily sleep time was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than 79.55%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LED blue light irradiation instrument with music touch treatment can reduce the content of bilirubin in neonatal jaundice children,shorten their daily crying time,extend their daily sleep time,speed up the disappearance of jaundice,so as to improve its clinical efficacy.
