柴胡疏肝汤合平胃散治疗胃脘痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究柴胡疏肝汤合平胃散治疗胃脘痛的效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2023年2月务川县中医医院收治的92例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象。根据入院时间单双号平均分为传统组和研究组,各46例。传统组应用常规西药治疗,研究组在传统组的基础上应用柴胡疏肝汤合平胃散,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胃脘胀满、疼痛、嘈杂、嗳气的消失时间均早于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于传统组,中医症状积分低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上联合柴胡疏肝汤合平胃散治疗胃脘痛的临床效果确切,可以改善患者的临床症状及生活质量,减少不良反应的发生,安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of Chaihu Shugan Decoction and Pingwei Powder in the treatment of stomach duct pain.Method:A total of 92 patients with stomach duct pain admitted to Wuchuan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the odd-even admission time,the patients were divided into the traditional group and the research group,with 46 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Decoction and Pingwei Powder on the basis of the traditional group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total treatment effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal fullness,pain,noisy and belching in the research group were earlier than that in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was lower than that of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined with Chaihu Shugan Decoction and Pingwei Powder has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of stomach duct pain,which can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have high safety.
