摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(DKD)病位在肺脾肾,医家大多从脾肾角度入手,以补肾固摄,健脾益气为治疗原则,从肝肾角度治疗本病较少,本文通过从肝肾论治糖尿病肾病。何学红教授认为糖尿病肾病属本虚标实之证,其本在于肝肾的亏虚,其标在于气郁、瘀血及水饮,对肝肾二者关系的把握是临床治疗的关键,二者相互配合互相影响。临床上糖尿病肾病可分为肝肾亏虚证、气郁水停证、瘀血阻络证等不同证型,而针对不同证型需要究其本源,何学红教授以补益肝肾,活血化瘀为治疗原则贯穿始终。本文通过分析何学红教授治疗糖尿病肾病的诊疗思路,从理论依据、治则治法、临证用药等方面进行总结,以期为临床治疗糖尿病肾病提供新的诊疗思路。The diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is located in the lung,spleen and kidney.Most doctors start from the perspective of the spleen and kidney,and treat the disease less from the perspective of the liver and kidney.This article treats diabetes nephropathy from the perspective of the liver and kidney.Professor He Xuehong believes that the treatment of diabetic kidney disease is based on the deficiency of the liver and kidney and the stagnation of qi,blood stasis and water retention.The understanding of the relationship between the liver and kidney is the key to clinical treatment,and both cooperate and affect each other.Clinically,diabetic kidney disease can be divided into different syndrome types,such as liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and water stop syndrome,blood stasis blocking collateral syndrome,and so on.According to the needs of different syndrome types,its origin should be investigated.Professor He Xuehong's treatment principle is to supplement the liver and kidney,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.By analyzing Professor He Xuehong's diagnosis and treatment ideas for diabetes nephropathy,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis,treatment principles and methods,clinical medication and other aspects,so as to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
