摘  要:以维特球兰为试验材料,开展水培及基质扦插共5种处理对维特球兰扦插繁殖的影响研究。结果表明,“珍珠岩+5粒微生物菌剂”为维特球兰的较佳基质,可以减少人工管理、生产成本。选择的球兰插条长度不应小于3.2 cm,叶片不宜过于幼嫩、叶长不小于3.5cm。扦插初始,需适度遮阴,多补充水分。北方温室2~3 d浇一次透水为宜。或者在基质中适当增加一定比例的蛭石,以增加基质的保水效果。Using Hoya wayetii as the experimental material,a study was conducted on the effects of five treatments such as hydroponics and substrate cutting on the propagation of Hoya wayetii.The results showed that“Perlite+5 microbial agents”is the optimal substrate for Hoya wayetii,which can reduce the cost of manual management and production.The selected Hoya wayetii should have a length not less than 3.2 cm,with leaves not too tender and a length not less than 3.5 cm.At the beginning of cuttings,moderate shading is necessary,and additional moisture should be provided.In greenhouses of Northern China,watering every 2~3 days with permeable water is suitable.Alternatively,a certain proportion of vermiculite can be added to the substrate to enhance its water retention capacity.
