阿托伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗混合型高脂血症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿托伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗混合型高脂血症的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月北京市朝阳区东坝社区卫生服务中心收治的108例混合型高脂血症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予非诺贝特治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、血脂指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.375)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合非诺贝特治疗混合型高脂血症的效果较好,可改善患者血脂水平,且未增加不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of atorvastatin combined with fenofibrate in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia.Methods:A total of 108 patients with mixed hyperlipidemia admitted to Beijing Chaoyang District Dongba Community Health Service Center from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with fenofibrate on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,blood lipid index levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of HDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.375).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with fenofibrate has good effects in the treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia,and can improve the blood lipid levels of patients without increasing the adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
