摘　　要：目的:分析自拟温阳益气方治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月宁夏回族自治区中医医院暨中医研究院收治的100例肺肾阳虚型支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和参照组,各50例。参照组使用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在参照组基础上应用温阳益气中药。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-4、免疫球蛋白E水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气量、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比高于治疗前,且观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.369)。结论:温阳益气方可改善肺肾阳虚型支气管哮喘患者的症状、血清指标及肺功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of self-prepared prescription of warming yang and benefiting qi in treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma of yang deficiency of lung and kidney treated in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Ningxia Chinese Medicine Research Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into reference group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation,and the observation group was treated with herbal medicine of warming yang and benefiting qi on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4 and immunoglobulin E in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second and the percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to the predicted value in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.369).Conclusion:The prescription of warming yang and benefiting qi can improve the symptoms,serum indexes and lung function of patients with bronchial asthma of yang deficiency of lung and kidney,and the safety is high.
