低温等离子射频消融术联合中医推拿治疗交感型颈椎病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术联合中医推拿治疗交感型颈椎病的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月武威市人民医院收治的交感型颈椎病患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组接受低温等离子射频消融术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医推拿治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。治疗后,两组头痛、肩颈痛、眩晕评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:低温等离子射频消融术联合中医推拿治疗交感型颈椎病效果较好,能够缓解症状,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with TCM massage in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods:Ninety patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis treated in Wuwei People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,and the observation group was treated with TCM massage on the basis of control group.The effective rate of treatment,symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.027).After treatment,the headache,shoulder and neck pain and vertigo scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with TCM massage in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis has good effects,and can relieve symptoms,it is worth promoting.
