摘　　要：目的:分析基于家系管理模式干预在2型糖尿病微血管病变患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月上海市普陀区曹杨街道社区卫生服务中心收治的2型糖尿病患者116例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为新式组与传统组,各58例。传统组接受常规门诊指导及用药干预,新式组接受基于家系管理模式干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐、踝肱指数低于干预前,且新式组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,且新式组高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,新式组腓神经传导异常率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:基于家系管理模式干预在2型糖尿病微血管病变患者中的应用效果显著,可降低患者微血管病变程度,改善血糖指标,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of intervention based on pedigree management mode in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and microangiopathy.Methods:A total of 116 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Shanghai Putuo District Caoyang Street Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into new group and traditional group according to random number table method,with 58 patients in each group.The traditional group received routine outpatient guidance and medication intervention,while the new group received intervention based on pedigree management mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine microalbumin/creatinine,and ankle-brachial index in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and these indexes in the new group were lower than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the new group were higher than those in the traditional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the abnormal rate of peroneal nerve conduction in the new group was lower than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of the intervention based on pedigree management mode in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and microangiopathy has significant effects,which can reduce the degree of microangiopathy,improve blood glucose index,and improve quality of life.
