品管圈应用于血透室护理人员手卫生管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈应用于血透室护理人员手卫生管理的效果。方法:选取2021年6月1日—2022年5月31日南京医科大学附属逸夫医院血液净化中心的护理人员30名作为研究对象,比较品管圈成立前(2021年6月1日—2021年11月30日)与品管圈成立后(2021年12月1日—2022年5月31日)护理人员手卫生落实情况及满意度。结果:实施后,护理人员手卫生落实率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实施后,护理人员总满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。结论:品管圈应用于血透室护理人员手卫生管理的效果较好,能够提高护理人员手卫生落实率及满意度,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of applying quality control circle to the hand hygiene management of nursing staff in hemodialysis rooms.Methods:Thirty nursing staff from the Blood Purification Center of Sir Run Run Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from June 1,2021 to May 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects.The implementation of hand hygiene and the satisfaction of the nursing staff were compared before(June 1,2021 to November 30,2021)and after(December 1,2021 to May 31,2022)the establishment of the quality control circle.Results:After implementation,the implementation rate of hand hygiene of nursing staff was higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After implementation,the overall satisfaction of nursing staff was higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle in the hand hygiene of nursing staff in hemodialysis room has a good effect,can improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene and the satisfaction of nursing staff,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
