中药足浴联合优质护理对妇产科术后患者睡眠质量和心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析对妇产科术后患者实施中药足浴联合优质护理对睡眠质量、心理状态的影响。方法:选取2023年3月-2024年1月期间我院收治的妇产科术后患者80例,根据随机数字表法均分为对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中药足浴联合优质护理。评价及对比两组的睡眠质量、心理状态。结果:观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛程度、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科术后患者实施中药足浴联合优质护理,在改善睡眠质量与心理状态方面作用更为突显,可减轻术后疼痛,缩短住院时间,值得临床借鉴与应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with high-quality nursing on sleep quality and psychological state in patients after obstetrics and gynecology surgery.Methods:80 post-obstetric and gynecological patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into contrast group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The contrast group received routine care,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with high-quality nursing.Evaluate and compare the sleep quality and psychological state of the two groups.Results:The sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the contrast group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the contrast group(P<0.05).The pain level and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It has a more prominent effect in improving sleep quality and psychological state that the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with high-quality nursing for post-operative patients in obstetrics and gynecology.Meanwhile,it can reduce postoperative pain and shorten the hospitalization time,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
