摘 要:在人口老龄化形势严峻背景之下,探究老年人再就业行为的形成机制可为有效开发和充分利用老年人力资源提供参考。基于扎根理论,以36位广东省退休后再就业老年人为研究对象进行深入访谈,对老年人退休再就业行为产生的影响因素及具体路径进行了深入剖析,并基于计划行为理论构建出中国本土化情境下的老年人退休再就业行为的形成机制模型。研究发现,老年人退休再就业动机与感知价值共同对退休再就业行为态度产生直接影响,退休再就业行为态度则进一步驱动退休再就业行为,外部特征和个体综合素质在其中起到关键调节作用。同时,退休再就业行为也会反过来影响感知价值,进而影响退休再就业的态度及行为。研究为老年人退休再就业行为提供了新的研究视角,并为老年人退休再就业提出观念引导、平台支持、政策保障、教育助力四个方面的建议。Under the serious background of population aging,exploring the formation mechanism of re-employment behavior of the elderly can provide some reference for the effective development and a full use of elderly human resources.Based on the Grounded Theory,we conducted in-depth interviews with 36 retired older adults in Guangdong Province,analyzed the influence factors and specific paths of older adults’re-employment behaviors,and constructed a model of the formation mechanism of older adults’retirement re-employment behaviors in the localized context of China based on the Theory of Planned Behavior.It is found that the motivation and perceived value of the elderly have a direct impact on the attitude of retirement re-employment behavior,while the attitude of retirement reemployment behavior further drives the retirement reemployment behavior,and the external characteristics and comprehensive quality of the individual play a key role in regulating the behavior.At the same time,retirement re-employment behavior also affects perceived value,which in turn affects retirement re-employment attitudes and behaviors.This paper provides a new perspective for the study of retirement re-employment behavior of the elderly,and puts forward suggestions for the elderly retirement re-employment in four aspects:conceptual guidance,platform support,policy protection,and educational assistance.
