摘 要:利用具有大带宽、低时延、高可用、可调度特性的5G网络,连接站区运输生产业务系统、现场信息采集设备和人员携带的智能终端等,构建铁路车站作业自动通知系统,替代传统的人工电话通知模式,实现作业通知的智能生成、自动触发、及时可信传达和交互过程全程自动管控,可以达到平稳生产运行、提高作业效率、保障作业质量和安全、减轻人员劳动强度等应用效果。从需求分析入手,梳理铁路车站作业人员沟通交互的4个方面内容,提炼出作业通知的3种分类和通用的业务流程,针对当前存在的问题提出建设基于5G通信的车站作业自动通知系统的技术目标,指出需要研究的关键技术,即泛在与融合的高可用网络通信技术、车站作业实时数据在线自动集成处理技术、车站生产业务事件智能检测技术和车站作业通知交互过程自动管控技术,并对系统架构与功能实现等方面进行必要阐述。Leveraging a 5G network with high bandwidth,low latency,high availability,and scheduling capabilities,this paper constructed a railway station operation automatic notification system.The system connected station transportation business systems,on-site information collection devices,and smart terminals carried by personnel,replacing the traditional manual telephone notification mode.It achieved intelligent generation,automatic triggering,timely and reliable conveyance of operation notifications,and full-process automatic control of the interaction,thereby ensuring stable production operations,enhancing work efficiency,ensuring work quality and safety,and reducing labor intensity.Starting with requirement analysis,this study organized four aspects of communication and interaction among railway station operation personnel and distilled three types of operation notifications and a common business process.In response to existing issues,it proposed the technical objectives for establishing an automatic notification system for station operations based on 5G communication and identified key technologies for research.These include ubiquitous and integrated high-availability network communication technology,real-time data online automatic integration and processing technology for station operations,intelligent detection technology for station production business events,and automatic control technology for the notification interaction process of station operations.The study also provides necessary elaboration on the system architecture and functional implementation.
