摘　　要：变蒸异常是导致小儿自闭症的主要因素,主要病机为心气不足、心窍不通、肝气郁结及脾肾不足等,临床表现为精神、意识、思维、活动等异常。变蒸异常会导致患儿神乱出现性情急躁、易怒多动、目不视人、目光回避等症状,且这些病症常与脾肾功能的先天、后天异常以及肠道菌群紊乱等密切相关。临证治疗变蒸异常应在注意儿童情志畅达的同时,采用益精填髓、醒脑开窍的方法保证儿童之变蒸正常,且脑髓的充养对小儿自闭症的发展与转归也尤为重要,在开通玄府的同时,也要注意脑髓的充养,以防止病情反复。Abnormal growth fever is the main factor leading to autism in children.The main pathogenesis is insufficient heart,spleen,liv⁃er and kidney qi,obstruction of sweat pores,phlegm dampness,excessive heat,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,etc.,and the clini⁃cal manifestations are abnormal spirit,consciousness,thinking,and activity,etc.Abnormal growth fever will lead to diseased children with mental disorder,impatience,irritability,hyperactivity,eye avoidance,and other symptoms,and these symptoms are often closely re⁃lated to congenital and acquired abnormalities of spleen and kidney function and intestinal flora disorders.For treating Abnormal growth fever,it is necessary to pay attention to regulating children′s emotions,as well as method of supplementing essence and replenishing marrow,activating brain for resuscitation to ensure the normal growth fever in children.The nutrition of the brain is also particularly im⁃portant for the development and prognosis of autism in children.When opening sweat pores,the nutrition of the brain should also be con⁃sidered to prevent relapse.
