益气养阴方治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年8月至2023年8月郑州市第九人民医院诊治的CHF患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益气养阴方治疗。观察两组患者临床症状(下肢水肿、呼吸困难、全身乏力)消退时间、心率(heart rate,HR)、6min行走试验(6-minute walking test,6MWT)、明尼苏达州心功能不全生存质量量表(Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,MLHFQ)评分、左室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(left ventricular end systolic diameter,LVESD)及左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为75.0%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组呼吸困难、乏力、下肢水肿等临床症状消退时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后6MWT长于对照组,MLHFQ评分、心率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方能改善气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,提高左心室舒张能力、生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qi-Replenishing and Yin-Nourishing Decoctionon chronic heart failure(CHF)with qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 CHF patients diagnosed and treated in Zhengzhou Ninth People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment,while the treatment group was given Qi-Replenishing and Yin-Nourishing Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes in clinical symptoms(such as lower limb edema,dyspnea,and general fatigue),heart rate(HR),6-minute walking test(6MWT),Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,while that of the control group was 75.0%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The regression time of clinical symptoms such as dyspnea,fatigue,and lower limb edema in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6MWT in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group,while the MLHFQ score and heart rate were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<O.05);the LVEDD and LVESD in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while the LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-Replenishing and Yin-Nourishing Decoction can improve the cardiac function of CHF patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome,better left ventricular diasto
