摘 要:气相色谱-质谱联用,同时测定饮用水中辛基酚和壬基酚。以甲苯为萃取溶剂液液萃取,浓缩定容后,内标法定量。辛基酚和壬基酚在0.01~2.00mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,其相关系数(r2)都大于0.995。二者方法检出限分别为0.007μg/L和0.033μg/L,回收率(3个加标水平条件下)为83.9%~104.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为2.0%~8.4%。该方法能够简单准确地同时测定饮用水中的辛基酚和壬基酚。Method to determine octylphenol and nonylphenol in drinking water simultaneously was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with internal standard.Samples were extracted with toluene through the liquid-liquid extraction method,and were concentrated and metered volume.Quantification was carried out by an internal standard.The calibration curves of octylphenol and nonylphenol were both linear in the concentration range of 0.01-2.00mg/L.And the correlation coefficients(r2)were both greater than 0.995.The detection limits for octylphenol and nonylphenol were 0.007 and 0.033μg/L separately.The recoveries at three spiked levels were 83.9%-104.9%and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)were 2.0%-8.4%.This method can simultaneously determine the octylphenol and nonylphenol accurately in drinking water.
