摘  要:目的探讨心理弹性训练提高医学生心理健康水平的作用效果。方法2021年1月—2023年1月按照方便整群抽样方法选择重庆医科大学650名医学生,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各325名。照组学生给予传统说教模式的心理健康教育,观察组学生给予进行心理弹性训练。采用心理弹性量表(Connor—Davidson resilience scale,CD—RISC)评估学生干预前后的心理弹性水平,采用中国大学生心理健康量表(China college student mental health scale,CCSMHS)评估学生干预前后的心理健康水平并进行统计分析。结果干预后,2组CD-RISC量表各因子评分均有所提高,观察组各因子评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组CCSMHS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性训练能提高医学的心理弹性水平,有效改善医学生心理健康。Objective To explore the effect of psychological resilience training on improving the mental health of medical students.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,a total of 650 medical students from Chongqing Medical University were selected according to convenient cluster sampling method and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 325 students in each group.The students in the control group were given mental health education in the traditional preaching mode,and the students in the observation group were given psychological resilience training.The psychological resilience level of students before and after the intervention was assessed using the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).China college student mental health scale(CCSMHS)was used to evaluate the mental health level of students before and after the intervention,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results After intervention,the scores of all factors in CD-RISC scale were increased in both groups,and the scores and total scores of all factors in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the CCSMHS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological resilience training can improve the level of medical psychological resilience and effectively improve the mental health of medical students.
