摘 要:粒子排出是控制燃料粒子再循环、提升等离子体性能的关键因素之一。因此研究了新型吸附剂泵(NEG)在粒子排出技术中的潜在应用。NEG泵基于ZAO新型合金材料制成,对氢及其同位素抽速大、容量高,安装、运行、维护简单,兼容等离子体环境,适用于偏滤器区域的超高热流和复杂的空间结构。在EAST托卡马克装置安装4套HV800模组,开展了定期的抽速标定、再生研究以评估其周期性能变化。EAST真空室壁表面积较大,金属壁放气、杂质气体影响NEG泵抽速计算。通过计算EAST整体漏放率与氢及其同位素放气率,利用计算机模拟抽气过程,提出了一种用于修正NEG泵抽速的方法。研究结果表明在偏滤器区域工作压力下,对氘平均抽速可达1200 L/s。Particle exhaust is one of the key factors in controlling fuel recycling and enhancing plasma performance.The aim of this study is to evaluate the potential application of the Non-Evaporable Getter(NEG)in particle exhaust technology.The NEG pump is made of ZAO alloy materials,which is easy to install,operate,and maintain.It exhibits high pumping speed and capacity for hydrogen and its isotopes,and is compatible with the plasma environment.It is suitable for the divertor region with ultra-high heat flux and complex spatial structures.Four sets of HV800 modules have been installed in the EAST Tokamak,and regular pumping speed calibrations and regeneration studies have been conducted to assess its cyclic performance variations.The large surface area of the EAST vacuum chamber walls,along with gas emission and impurity gases from metal walls,impact the calculation of the pumping speed of the NEG pump.A method to correct the pumping speed of the NEG pump is proposed by calculating the overall leak rate and the outgassing rate of hydrogen and its isotopes in the EAST.A correction method for the pumping speed of the NEG pump is introduced by using computer simulations of the pumping process.The research results indicate that under the working pressure in the divertor region,the average pumping speed for deuterium can reach 1200 L/s.
