摘　　要：富硒农产品在人体补硒中发挥重要作用。从硒的生理功能、硒对瓜菜作物生长发育及逆境抗性的影响等方面概述了瓜菜作物富硒栽培的研究意义,简述了植物中硒元素吸收转化、瓜菜作物富硒栽培技术等方面的研究进展,并展望了富硒瓜菜未来栽培的研究方向。Selenium-enriched agricultural products play an important role in human selenium supplementation.The research significance of selenium-enriched cultivation of melon and vegetable crops was summarized from the physiological function of selenium,the effect of selenium on the growth,development and stress resistance of melon and vegetable crops.The research progress of the sorption and transformation of selenium and selenium-enriched cultivation technology of melon and vegetable crops was briefly described,and the future research direction of selenium-enriched melon and vegetable crops was prospected.
