摘  要:为选育出符合市场需求的优质食用型甘薯新品种,通过甘薯集团杂交法,以南薯88为对照品种,对选育出的5个甘薯新品种(系),从主要农艺性状、鲜薯产量、食味品质等方面进行比较试验。试验结果表明,5个参试品系中,19-16表现最优,667 m^(2)鲜薯产量最高,为1880.94 kg,比对照增产3.58%,薯肉颜色为紫,大中薯率为20.1%,食味品质优秀,食味品质综合评价平均得分为77.5分,可作为优质食用型甘薯新品种(系)进一步示范推广。In order to breed high quality edible sweet potato cultivars met the market demand,the main agronomic traits,fresh potato yield and taste of five new sweet potato cultivars were compared by the crossbreeding method of sweet potato group with Nanshu88 as the control.The results showed that 19-16 had the best performance.The fresh sweet potato yield was the highest of 1880.94 kg/667 m^(2),which was 3.58%higher than that of the control.The flesh color was purple.The percentage of large and medium potato was 20.1%.Its edible quality was excellent and the average score of comprehensive evaluation of taste was 77.5,which could be further demonstrated and promoted as a new cultivar of high quality edible sweet potato.
