摘  要:磁粉检测属于一种无损检测方法,通过利用铁磁性材料表面或近表面处的缺陷所产生的漏磁场作用于磁粉颗粒,在缺陷区域所形成可见的磁粉堆积现象来检测缺陷。工程实际中,对轴承内外环这类环形工件周边励磁同时得到周向磁场及轴向磁场检测铁磁性环形工件的裂纹。针对环形工件可以采用线圈法建立磁场,用PLC为控制器控制上料、夹紧、喷磁悬液等工序完成工件的裂纹和缺陷显示。监控软件系统通过可视化界面实现用户对磁粉探伤过程的监控,并记录和打印探伤、缺陷、性能校验等信息,监控信息保存在Oracle数据库管理系统中。系统让设备的使用和操作更加的方便快捷,使得探伤工作能够更加智能化,提高了工作效率。Magnetic particle testing is a non-destructive testing method that uses the leakage magnetic field generated by defects on the surface or near the surface of ferromagnetic materials to act on magnetic particle particles,forming visible magnetic particle accumulation in the defect area to detect defects.In engineering practice,the peripheral excitation of circular workpieces such as the inner and outer rings of bearings is used to obtain both circumferential and axial magnetic fields to detect cracks in ferromagnetic circular workpieces.For circular workpieces,the coil method can be used to establish a magnetic field,and PLC can be used as the controller to control the loading,clamping,spraying magnetic suspension and other processes to complete the display of cracks and defects in the workpieces.The monitoring software system realizes the user's monitoring of the magnetic particle flaw detection process through the visual interface,and records and prints the flaw detection,defect,performance verification and other information.The monitoring information is stored in the Oracle Database management system.The system makes the use and operation of equipment more convenient and efficient,making the inspection work more intelligent and improving work efficiency.
