摘　　要：本文主要介绍了湖北某造纸公司WOES节能系统方案设计与施工应用,论述了安全、经济、行业分析诊断、综合节能降耗的能源管理系统,并对其设计原则、监测点选取、结构特点、功能特色进行了重点阐述。This paper mainly introduces the scheme design and construction application of WOES energy-saving system of a paper-making company in Hubei Province,and discusses the energy management system of safety,economy,industry analysis and diagnosis,comprehensive energy-saving and consumption-reducing,the design principles,selection of monitoring points,structural features and functional features are emphatically described.
