摘  要:仿生纳米颗粒给药系统在高效递释方面具有巨大潜力。而高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)作为天然纳米颗粒,具有高效运输性、高度安全性、特异靶向性和极强穿透性等特点,具有作为药物载体应用的潜能。仿生HDL的纳米药物传输系统研究越来越受到关注。本文综述了HDL的组成、结构、代谢等生物学基础及人工重构的HDL作为药物载体结构设计、制备方法及应用研究现状,以期为HDL药物载体材料的深入研究提供理论指导。The development of biomimetic nanoparticle drug delivery systems is an emerging field with enormous potential for efficient drug delivery.High density lipoprotein(HDL),as a natural nanocarrier,possesses features such as high transport efficiency,high safety,specific targeting,and strong penetrabillity,making it a potential drug carrier.The research on HDL-based nanoparticle drug delivery systems is increasingly gaining attention.This article reviewed the biological basis of HDL,including its composition,structure,metabolism,and its current status of research and application as a drug carrier of reconstituted HDL.The aim of this article is to provide new ideas for the in-depth study of HDL as drug carrier materials.
