甘草及其复方调控肠道微生物改善药源性肝损伤的研究进展

摘　　要：目的总结近年来甘草及其复方调节肠道微生物改善药源性肝损伤(DILI)的作用机制。方法在CNKI和PubMed数据库中以“甘草or甘草复方”and“肝损伤”and“肠道菌群”为关键词,对近年来甘草及复方缓解药源性肝损伤的文献进行筛选,总结肠道菌群与DILI的关系、甘草和复方通过调节肠道微生物缓解DILI的机制。结果药源性肝损伤可导致肠道菌群构成异常、肠道屏障损坏以及细菌及其代谢产物易位,而异常的肠道菌群可能通过多途径加重肝脏损伤。甘草中的成分和复方可以通过调节肠道菌群构成、恢复肠道屏障、抗炎以及增强免疫作用机制改善DILI。结论甘草及其复方可以通过调节肠道菌群从而缓解药DILI,为扩大药源性肝损伤的中医药研究和临床治疗提供参考。Objective To summarize the mechanisms of licorice and its compound prescriptions regulating intestinal microbes to improve drug-induced liver injury(DILI)in recent years.Methods In the CNKI and PubMed databases,using licorice or licorice compound and liver injury and intestinal flora as keywords,the literature on licorice and its compound in relieving liver injury in recent years was screened,and the relationship between intestinal flora and intestinal flora was summarized.The relationship between DILI,licorice and the mechanism of DILI relief by regulating gut microbiota.Results The liver induced by drugs can lead to abnormal composition of intestinal flora,intestinal barrier damage,and translocation of bacteria and their metabolites,and abnormal intestinal flora may aggravate liver injury through multiple channels.The components and compounds in licorice can improve DILI by regulating the composition of intestinal flora,restoring the intestinal barrier,anti-inflammation,and enhancing the immune mechanism.Conclusion Licorice and its compound can alleviate drug DILI by regulating intestinal flora,and provide reference for expanding the research and clinical treatment of drug-induced liver injury in traditional Chinese medicine.
