摘 要:参照涂料相关的标准研究了金属饰面无机装饰板主要饰面性能及金属板与无机板的黏结强度。结果表明:金属饰面无机装饰板具有卓越的涂层附着力、抗冲击性能,涂层附着力等级为0级,切割边缘完全平滑、网格内无脱落。30 cm高度的冲击后,涂层未出现开裂,背面硅酸钙板未出现凸起和裂纹,与金属材料铝单相当,可以替代部分铝单板、搪瓷板,应用于轨道交通枢纽站、过街隧道等,以降低工程成本。由于成膜方式为化学成膜,洗刷10000次后,金属饰面无机装饰板的饰面层中间100 mm长度的洗刷区无明显凹痕;参照GB/T 17657—2022《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中的内结合强度方法测试金属板与无机板之间的黏结强度,具有一定的可行性,金属板与无机基材黏结处强度均在0.54 MPa以上,满足室内环境下黏结面强度要求。In this paper,the main finishing properties and the bonding strength of metal and inorganic plates were studied with reference to coatings-related standards.The results show that the metal finish inorganic decorative plate has excellent coatings adhesion and impact resistance,the coatings adhesion grade is grade 0,the cutting edge is completely smooth,and there is no falling off in the grid.After the high impact of 30 cm,the coatings do not crack,and the calcium silicate board on the back does not have protrusions and cracks,which is comparable to the metal material aluminum single,which can replace some aluminum veneer and enamel plate,and is used in rail transit hub stations,crossing tunnels,etc.,to reduce engineering costs.Since the film-forming method is chemically film-forming,after 10,000 washes,there is no obvious dent in the washing area of 100 mm length in the middle of the metal finish inorganic decorative plate;referring to the internal bonding strength method in GB/T 17657—2022 Test Method for Physical and Chemical Properties of Wood-based Panels and Veneer Wood-based Panels to test the bonding strength between metal plates and inorganic plates has certain feasibility,and the strength of the bonding place between metal plates and inorganic substrates is above 0.54 MPa,which meets the strength requirements of bonding surfaces in indoor environments.
