摘 要:常规的高铁连续梁节段预制胶拼技术,对混凝土的灌注和冷却过程采用常温冷却方式,导致混凝土后期易出现开裂现象,基于此,本文提出高铁连续梁节段预制胶拼施工技术。施工前期应准备钢筋建材,使用胶拼技术实现高强度钢筋连接,进而对连续梁节段预制胶拼施工模板进行排布,浇筑混凝土后减少吊杆力,控制预制胶拼接缝截面,经检查调整,从而完成对高铁连续梁节段预制胶拼施工技术的设计。在对施工质量的验证中,胶接缝的荷载为5 kN/m2,混凝土的荷载为4.3 kN/m2左右,此结果可保证施工质量。The conventional prefabrication and bonding technology for high-speed rail continuous beam segments adopts a room temperature cooling method for the pouring and cooling process of concrete,which leads to cracking in the later stage of concrete,based on this,this article proposes a construction technology for prefabrication and bonding of high-speed rail continuous beam segments.In the early stage of construction,steel bars and building materials should be prepared,and high-strength steel bars should be connected using adhesive bonding technology,then,the prefabricated adhesive bonding construction formwork for continuous beam segments should be arranged,and the suspension rod force should be reduced after pouring concrete to control the cross-section of the prefabricated adhesive bonding joint,after inspection and adjustment,the design of the prefabricated gluing construction technology of high-speed rail continuous beam segment should be completed.In the verification of construction quality,the load on the adhesive joint is 5 kN/m2,and the load on the concrete is about 4.3 kN/m2,which can ensure the construction quality.
