摘  要:以轻型装配式建筑的外围护墙体为研究对象,创新设计骨架墙体构造,构建易于施工的集防水、保温隔热、断热桥和装饰等轻质高效的可预制外墙设计技术体系。将框架内空腔分层定义,组合特殊性能材料成型墙体基础单元,运用热工性能与构造层关系计算墙厚,装饰层与墙体基础单元以挂钩类构造结合。制备试样进行传热系数测试为0.62W/(m^(2)·K),符合相应标准规定的夏热冬暖地区节能墙体热工要求。成果已应用于新农村建设示范项目竹质装配式房屋,在福建山林湿热环境测试使用3年后,现场检验外观完好无损坏。结果表明:装配式墙体预制率达到90%以上,具有易于装配施工、居住空间物理环境舒适和使用寿命长等优点。Prefabricated external wall unit was used as the object to innovative design framework wall’s structure,to build the prefabricated technology system about the easy to be assembled,to promoting waterproofing,break thermal bridge and decoration.The cavity the frame was defined in layers and the wall base unit was molded by combining special performance materials.The wall thickness is calculated by using the relationship between thermal performance and construction layer.The decorative layer was combined with the wall base unit by a hook-type structure.The heat transfer coefficient of the prepared specimen is 0.62W/(m^(2)·K),which is in line with the thermal requirements of energy-saving walls in hot summer and warm winter areas as stipulated in the corresponding standards.The results have been used into the bamboo-based prefabricated house in Fujian rural construction over 3years,the prefabricated wall in the moisture and hot environment always without damage.The results indicate that the prefabricated wall has a prefabrication rate of over 90%,making it easy to assemble and construct.The living space has advantages such as comfortable physical environment and long service life.
