摘　　要：城市货运配送信息服务平台是城市绿色货运配送中的重要角色。本文提出一种平台建设方案。基于相关城市在平台建设应用过程中的特点及问题,方案涉及平台的框架设计、技术选型、主要业务应用等内容。通过结合大数据分析、智能交通监测等算法应用,提出了具体建设措施。实践结果表明,基于该方案建设的平台能够基本满足城市绿色货配送示范工程建设的需求。The urban freight distribution information service platform plays an important role in the green freight distribution of cities.This article proposes a platform construction plan.Based on the characteristics and problems of relevant cities in the platform construction application process,the plan involves platform framework design,technology selection,main business applications,and other content.Specific construction measures have been proposed by combining algorithms such as big data analysis and intelligent transportation monitoring.The practical results show that the platform built based on this plan can basically meet the needs of the construction of urban green goods distribution demonstration projects.
