摘　　要：采取整群取样的方式,选取高校17180名理工科大学生作为研究对象,应用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、心理弹性量表进行调查。结果表明:(1)大学生的抑郁平均得分为42.8,焦虑平均得分为39.16,高于常模的平均水平。抑郁和焦虑的检出率分别为23.11%和10.05%。(2)男生的抑郁和焦虑检出率、标准分均高于女生,本科生的抑郁和焦虑检出率、标准分均为最高。(3)心理弹性负向预测抑郁和焦虑,分别解释57%和43%的变异。研究结论为从心理弹性的视角进行情绪健康干预提供了启示。To investigate the mental health status of university students and provide empirical evidence for mental health interventions,using a cluster sampling method,17180 science and engineering students from universities were selected as the research subjects,and a survey was conducted by using the self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale,and Connor-Davidson resilience scale.The results show that:(1)The average depression score of college students is 42.80,and the average anxiety score is 39.16,which are much higher than the average level of adult norms;The detection rates of depression and anxiety are 23.11%and 10.05%,respectively;(2)The detection rate and standard score of depression and anxiety in boys are higher than those in girls;Undergraduate students have the highest detection rate and standard score for depression and anxiety;(3)Resilience negatively predicts depression and anxiety,explaining 57%and 43%of the variance,respectively.The research conclusion provides insights for mental health interventions from the perspective of resilience.
