摘 要:近年来,如何在现有的研究基础上进一步增强Nd-Fe-B磁体的磁性能成为了领域内科学家们不断探索的难题。本文系统研究了在不同的二级时效温度下进行时效处理的不同Cu含量的Nd-Fe-B磁体的微观结构及磁性能。通过研究表明,当Nd-Fe-B磁体中Cu的含量为0.4 wt%、二级时效温度为620℃时,磁体获得了最佳的矫顽力,矫顽力达到了19.5 kOe。通过微观结构的分析表征发现,在晶界处形成了Nd6Fe13Ga相,起到了很好的去磁耦合作用,同时Cu元素的添加也有利于在磁体内部生成光滑连续的晶界,这是磁体磁性能得到提升的主要原因。本文对于减少重稀土元素的使用,增强Nd-Fe-B磁体的磁性能提供了可行的方案,促进了高性能Nd-Fe-B磁体的商业化应用的同时也提高了我国相对应产品的国际竞争力。In recent years,how to further enhance the magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B magnets on the basis of existing research has become a challenge that field physicians are constantly exploring.This article systematically studied the microstructure and magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B magnets with different Cu contents subjected to heat treatment at different heat treatment temperatures.Research has shown that when the Cu content in Nd-Fe-B magnets is 0.4 wt%and the secondary heat treatment temperature is 620℃,the magnets achieve the highest coercivity of 19.5 kOe.Through the analysis and characterization of the microstructure,it was found that Nd6Fe13Ga phase was formed at the grain boundaries,which played a good de-coupling role.At the same time,the addition of Cu element is also conducive to the formation of smooth and continuous grain boundaries inside the magnet,which is the main reason for the improvement of the magnetic properties of the magnet.This article provides a feasible solution for reducing the use of heavy rare earth elements and enhancing the magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B magnets,promoting the commercial application of high-performance Nd-Fe-B magnets while also improving the international competitiveness of corresponding products in China.
